Our Story

Three Generations of Smiles in Brooklyn

When we say Stearn Orthodontics is a family practice, we mean it! Not only was Dr. Lindsay joined by her dad, Dr. Brian, who has been in practice for more than 30 years, but our legacy goes back three generations in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn! Dr. Lindsay even worked in Dr. Brian’s office during high school and college to learn the business.

Dr. Lindsay’s paternal grandma and grandpa are both orthodontists who worked in the NYC area. Her grandpa eventually worked with Dr. Brian at Designer Braces. Dr. Brian’s brother is also a dentist, and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law are orthodontists all in the New York area.

Our family benefits from the many years of experience and knowledge that has been passed down—a personal education that many simply aren’t fortunate to have.
